3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

• All prices are quoted in the currency specified at the time of quotation
• Payment schedules will be agreed upon before project commencement
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Codiantix and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.1 Client Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project. However, we retain the right to use these deliverables in our portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Limitation of Liability

Codiantix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and data
• Any outstanding payments become due immediately

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws our republic. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of our republic.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
